Porsche make sports cars. Right? Some pretty cool cars like the 944 Turbo. That’s what we know them for, right? Bitching cars we drewled over as kids, and still covet as grown adults!
Well, turns out they put their expertise to work in all sorts of other areas, but still serving all ages of man from baby & toddler to senior citizen. So, sit back in your Porsche arm chair, using your Porsche laptop, smoking your Porsche pipe and read about the Porsche gadgets for all ages.

Play a round of golf
It’s been a tough week. Time for some me time. Unwind with 18 holes on the golf course with these slick Porsche Design golf clubs:
“The key is the weight and balance ratio along with twelve CNC ribs designed to provide an anti-skid control system…. Porsche?s usual high tolerances with machining being carried to to tolerances of 1000th of an inch.”
Tasty!

Kick back, put your feet up
Take a load off, and read the Sunday papers from the comfort of the Porsche 917 in your Living Room:
“Now you can bring the heady days of the early ’70s at LeMans into your living room. Not only does this Porsche 917-inspired chair have a front end made of fiberglass just like the original race car, it’s slathered with nine coats of paint in the same style of many of those speed demons of the era.”

Smoke a pipe
Sit back and enjoy a puff on your favourite blend with the Porsche Design Tabacco Pipe:
“A true innovation; the results of smart engineering solved the difficulty how to get the cooling ribbons in a full bent pipe. The position of the shank prevents to use traditional fraise methods. Made of the finest quality briar and supplied with an acrylic mouthpiece and 9-mm absorbent filter.”
Of course, smoking is bad, mmmkay.

Digital wizzkid – always connected with these Porsche gadgets

Blasting out some KrautRock
Listen to some awesome German tunage on this awesome German Eton Porsche P7131 digital radio:
“Sound quality for the audiophile and the looks for the design-conscious consumer, Eton Corporation’s Porsche designed P7131 digital radio set… launched as a DAB radio in the UK, similar to Satelite radio in the US.”

Porsche, Cannonball 8000 and some hardcore geeking time
Check out this beautiful Porsche Laptop:
“121 of the world’s fastest road cars are hurtling from London to Budapest in the legendary Cannonball 8000 road rally — an event based on the 1980 movie The Cannonball Run. Among them is Nick Boardman, CEO of rockdirect, and his co-driver Paul Shenton of Intel. Nutters. Seemingly oblivious to the possibility of being arrested for speeding, having their car permanently ‘confiscated’ or suffering serious injury, Team Rock have just set off in a souped-up Porche Carrera GT3 (pictured). Before they left, they launched the special edition rock Pegasus 665 Cannonball laptop (also pictured). ”

Hey Stan, your Porsche is ringing
Talk to me Porsche P?9521 mobile phone.
“Blends purist style with the latest in communication technology from Sagem. Featuring a sensor to identify the user by fingerprint. The entire housing is milled from a single solid aluminum block. Very high-speed internet access.”
…handy for digging and twittering from the golf course.

Keep on driving
The Porsche Design PND will keep you on track:
“…using u-blox? ANTARIS 4 SuperSense GPS technology, a whole range of hardware and software features within, among them a pre-loaded SD memory card, a USB cable, a car cradle, a charging cable and high quality audio playback for those who can?t live without music no matter where they go. Bluetooth connectivity is readily available for hands-free communication support.”

Porsche toys for kids of all ages. (Well, young kids really)

Pedal power
Can’t aford the real thing? Get this little beauty, the 911 Pedal Car. Suitable for ages 3-8 years, so might not impress the ladies quite the same.
“Pedal car with precision chain drive. Robust plastic body. Ergonomic & adjustable seat. Steering wheel with horn and engine sounds.”
Broom broom!

The name’s Bond. James Bond.
Every man and boy wants to be James Bond. Gorgeous girls, fast cars, license to kill. Tick one of these boxes at least with this Scaletric’s style James Bond Carrera set. OK this is a tenuous one as these aren’t Porsche’s, but it is James Bond and “Carrera” so its going in. You can add this Porsche to your set when you’re finished playing secret agents.
“1:43 scale slot racing system. Over 20 feet of track, including loop, bank wall and crossovers. Includes James Bond’s Aston Martin DB5 and Aston Martin DBS from Casino Royale.”

Build it and they will come
Build your own Porsche with this replica Porsche kit. But for ?7.99, don’t expect to be driving this little fella.
“Achieve 60cm in 3.4 seconds. Everything is supplied except labour and a little glue. Suitable for age 8+, but a great gift for boys of all ages.”

Boy racer
Burn down some Duracel with the radio controlled 1:8 Porsche Cayenne Jeep.
“Almost 2ft in length… The Porsche CAYENNE is a super luxury and highly desired Jeep. Now you too can own a piece of German engineering (well… Chinese in this case)”

Bragging rights
Don’t worry about trivia and truth. Fool strangers by having your nipper lie for you with the “My Dad drives a Porsche” baby t-shirt.
