Good points
Tons of capacity, good acceleration, totally reliable, comfortable to drive, and up to 50mpg. They are reputed to run forever – one for sale on eBay this week had done 330,000 miles! I even felt well-protected as I wrote mine off on Boxing day! By far the best car I’ve ever had.
Bad points
Very minor: on mine the air bag light comes on periodically; the indicator stalk got intermittently stuck indicating left (fixed easily myself).
Other comments
Because it’s so good, the diesel is significantly more expensive second-hand than the petrol version. Buy it, but wait until I’ve replaced mine first please.
