Good points
In the eight months of ownership, the car was in my possession for less than three. Thus the car was not in my possession long enough to form good points.
Bad points
Problems from day one. Engine warning light in the shape of an engine came on within the first week. After that constant breakdowns. This was exasperated by the garage damaging the cars brakes and interior. I finally rejected the car on 5.12.05. This was after many breakdowns.
Other comments
Our new 2.0l Diesel Ford Focus was a total disappointment. We had many problems with the car. The ford commitment plan took four months to implement.Although we have a new replacement car.I have reservations towards a major car manufacturer. A letter to the chairman and managing director may have precipitated there actions. I have lost faith in the Ford Motor Company.
