Good points
This is a superbly built, quick (it’ll easily hit 120mph + with almost no noise or fuss so be careful!), frugal (I get around 34 mpg on a run) car that does everything very well. The build quality is excellent and I am regularly approached by people asking about the car – it really does turn heads.

Bad points
There’s bags of performance but almost no lateral support in the seat so if you go around a roundabout at anything above walking pace you’ll slide all over the place. (I’m 5 foot nine and slim so maybe the seat was just designed for a bigger frame). This is poor compared to the excellent seats in all my previous cars – from the old Vauxhall Nova to the XK8. It’s almost too good at everything else – there’s no excitement as you’d find in say a Cooper S or an Alfa GTV. Finally, expensive compared with some other coupe’s or the E Class.

Other comments
If you’re going to buy one test drive it first (try a couple of roundabouts!) and seriously consider upgrading the seats.
