Good points
French built Peugeot 1.9 diesel engine 45mls p/gall. 1150kg carrying capacity. Dropside body. Leave the keys in – no-one else wants it.
Bad points
Heavy steering. Coarse ride unladen. Brakes don’t inspire masses of confidence though I’ve never piled one up. Minus-value street-cred.
Other comments
So long as the bits remain available this pickup is a perfect ‘get out and under and DIY’ peasant power status symbol. A good coat of red oxide now and again and you cant go wrong!
