Good points
Interior Space. Large glass area. Plenty of legroom. Inside is comfortable and airy.

Bad points
Uneconomical. Body Roll. Cabin Noise Poor drivability at speeds between approx 5 and 20 mph. Engine power is continually varying which can be felt as a jerking effect. When accelerating a momentary power loss is often felt as a momentary shudder through the controls. These problems are all much worse when the air conditioning is on.

Other comments
There is an issue with the back seat, in that when an emergency stopped is made, any passengers on the seat slide off under the seat belt into the footwall between the front and rear seats. Daihatsu’s mobile specialist did eventually agree he could feel what we were complaining about but refused to recognise it as a problem. There is an issue with the ABS system, which allows the wheels to lock and the car to skid under.
