Good points

None over any other similar vehicle.

Bad points

I had problems with the Citroen continually and then at 60000 miles a pulley snapped and sheared through the cam belt. This caused ?3000 of engine damage. The cam belt was not due to be serviced until 90000 miles. It may seem unthinkable that a catastrophic failure could occur after only 60,000 miles. Two weeks earlier the car had been in the care of the Citroen Car Centre in Ashvale, Hants. The Citroen Car Centre claim that they thoroughly examined the vehicle. I believe that either a fault exists in the Citroen Synergie or that the Car Centre were negligent. It may have been a bit of both. The car was regularly serviced.

Other comments

I found that both Citroen Customer Care and the Citroen Car Centre were unhelpful and misleading. In particular they both told me that if I authorised them to repair the car then the Car Centre would file a claim to Citroen UK. This never happened.
