BMW Z3 3.0 Liter Roadster

Good points
I know I am not any more handsome than I was before owning this car, so I guess it must be the car that makes all those heads turn. Sit into a Z3 roadster and the first thing your brain starts calculating is how much this beauty is going to set you back financially. The sport seats are amazingly comfortable and they prevent your face from squashing into the side windows like a fly during those hard turns. The car grips to the road like glue. If however you do feel slight slipping while taking hard bends you should either get your tires changed or have a good life insurance plan because you were driving way too fast!!! The 3 litter in-line 6 is one of BMW?s best 6 cylinders, so don’t feel shy to push the Rpm?s up a little. You get kicked backed into the seat after 3500rpms and you feel the acceleration kicking in all the way till 6000rpm?s. This is my 2nd BMW and the service has always been excellent. Can’t say the same for Audi however.

Bad points
The fog light button is located behind the wheel and under, not making it easy to reach while driving. The remaining consoles are will placed in good old BMW fashion. Placing the cover for the hood when its down is not the simplest of tasks. It would have been nicer to have a Boxter or SLK type system whereby the hood is hidden away automatically without needing intervention. The car has speakers on the console of the door, near ones legs and behind the seats. They are everywhere which is dam impressive, but the sound isn’t. A poor sound system like one I expect to find in a Honda. The small trunk space is just about big enough for two sport bags, but then again this is a sports car. You will need to fill up your oil a few times before your usual checkup dates.

A fine piece of machinery complimenting everything a true sports car represents.
